Reliable and feature-rich. Mailchimp handles our transactional and marketing emails well. The API is well-documented. Pricing scales reasonably as the list grows, which I appreciate.

Mailchimp did not work for our use case. Significant bugs, poor support, and the platform went down twice during critical demos. Cannot recommend.
