Decent CRM but the learning curve is steeper than advertised. Took our team six weeks to get fully comfortable. Once you're in, it's usable, but onboarding support was underwhelming.
Good tool. Our sales cycle shortened noticeably after implementing HubSpot's automated follow-up sequences. The email open tracking works reliably. Wish the import/export was more flexible.
HubSpot works well for our 15-person team. Activity logging is automatic and the deal stages are easy to customize. The Zapier integration is solid. Minor frustration: the search functionality could be smarter.
