Kit (ConvertKit) is a solid ESP. Deliverability is consistently good, the template editor has improved a lot, and the analytics give us what we need. Only gripe is the A/B testing is limited to subject lines on lower plans.

Switched from Mailchimp to Kit (ConvertKit) two years ago and never looked back. The tagging system is far superior for behavioral segmentation. Our list engagement went up 40% in 90 days.

Kit (ConvertKit) has gotten much better recently. The new email editor is a big improvement and the automation triggers are more reliable. Still wish it had better native A/B multivariate testing.
