Webex by Cisco was disappointing. The feature list looks impressive but execution is lacking — several advertised features don't work as described. Looking for alternatives now.

Webex by Cisco's meeting summaries and transcription are features I didn't know I needed. The AI clips meeting highlights automatically and the action items list is accurate. Saves 2+ hours per week.

Webex by Cisco just works. After years of audio quality issues with other tools, the clarity on Webex by Cisco calls is noticeably better. Screen sharing latency is minimal and the AI noise cancellation is excellent.

Webex by Cisco is the standard for remote work for a reason. The reliability is exceptional — we haven't had a dropped call in months. Webinar features handle 500-person all-hands without issues.

Webex by Cisco has improved a lot in the past year. Latency on international calls has gotten much better. The new reaction features make large meetings more interactive. Good value for teams.
