Trello does the basics well but we've hit some walls with customization. The automation builder is powerful but has a steep learning curve. Good for small teams, might struggle at scale.

Mixed feelings. Trello works fine day-to-day but the pricing jumped significantly on renewal. The free tier is generous though, which is how we got hooked. Looking at alternatives but haven't switched yet.
