Loops

Loops is a solid ESP. Deliverability is consistently good, the template editor has improved a lot, and the analytics give us what we need. Only gripe is the A/B testing is limited to subject lines on lower plans.

Loops was disappointing. The feature list looks impressive but execution is lacking — several advertised features don't work as described. Looking for alternatives now.

Great tool for growing newsletters. Loops's landing page builder is better than expected and the double opt-in flows are easy to customize. Would love more native CRM functionality.
