★★★☆☆Good core features, rough edges

Mixed feelings. Shortcut (formerly Clubhouse) works fine day-to-day but the pricing jumped significantly on renewal. The free tier is generous though, which is how we got hooked. Looking at alternatives but haven't switched yet.

We migrated from Basecamp and the transition was smooth. Shortcut (formerly Clubhouse)'s workload view helped us spot capacity issues we never noticed before. A few quirks in the dashboard but nothing deal-breaking.

Disappointed with Shortcut (formerly Clubhouse) after the recent pricing change. We're now paying 40% more for the same features. The product itself is decent but the value proposition has eroded. Actively evaluating competitors.
