Mailjet

For a creator with a 50k list, Mailjet hits the sweet spot: powerful enough for sophisticated automations, simple enough that I don't need a developer. The revenue attribution is surprisingly accurate.

Reliable and feature-rich. Mailjet handles our transactional and marketing emails well. The API is well-documented. Pricing scales reasonably as the list grows, which I appreciate.

Mailjet is a solid ESP. Deliverability is consistently good, the template editor has improved a lot, and the analytics give us what we need. Only gripe is the A/B testing is limited to subject lines on lower plans.

Mailjet is the best email platform I've used for automation. The visual flow builder is intuitive, deliverability is excellent (98%+ open rates on first send), and the segmentation is powerful.
