Kinsta has gotten better but support response times have increased since they scaled up. The infrastructure is solid but configuration documentation is lacking for complex setups.

Migrated our entire stack to Kinsta a year ago. Performance improvements were immediate — latency dropped 40%. The auto-scaling handled Black Friday traffic without any manual intervention.

Kinsta serves our needs well. The one-click app deployments work as advertised and the control panel is clean. Gave 4 stars because the storage pricing is slightly above market rate.

Kinsta is a great mid-tier cloud host. Pricing is transparent (unlike some competitors), performance is consistent, and the managed database options are mature. The networking setup can be confusing initially.
