Height

Decent tool but loading times have been inconsistent lately. The feature set is comprehensive but it sometimes feels bloated. Customer support took 3 days to respond to our billing issue.

Mixed feelings. Height works fine day-to-day but the pricing jumped significantly on renewal. The free tier is generous though, which is how we got hooked. Looking at alternatives but haven't switched yet.

Really happy with Height after 8 months of use. The timeline view is excellent and integrations with Slack and GitHub work reliably. Knocked off a star because mobile notifications are a bit unreliable.

We migrated from Basecamp and the transition was smooth. Height's workload view helped us spot capacity issues we never noticed before. A few quirks in the dashboard but nothing deal-breaking.

Great tool overall. Height struck the right balance for our 12-person startup — not as heavy as enterprise tools, not as basic as Trello. The templates library is extensive. Would like more native reporting.
