GetResponse

GetResponse is a solid ESP. Deliverability is consistently good, the template editor has improved a lot, and the analytics give us what we need. Only gripe is the A/B testing is limited to subject lines on lower plans.

Reliable and feature-rich. GetResponse handles our transactional and marketing emails well. The API is well-documented. Pricing scales reasonably as the list grows, which I appreciate.

GetResponse was disappointing. The feature list looks impressive but execution is lacking — several advertised features don't work as described. Looking for alternatives now.
