Constant Contact was disappointing. The feature list looks impressive but execution is lacking — several advertised features don't work as described. Looking for alternatives now.

Constant Contact works but has quirks. The UI feels a bit dated in places and the spam score checker isn't very accurate. Deliverability is decent but I've gotten better numbers from competitors.

Reliable and feature-rich. Constant Contact handles our transactional and marketing emails well. The API is well-documented. Pricing scales reasonably as the list grows, which I appreciate.

For a creator with a 50k list, Constant Contact hits the sweet spot: powerful enough for sophisticated automations, simple enough that I don't need a developer. The revenue attribution is surprisingly accurate.
