Bonsai does the basics but some features feel half-finished. The payroll module has had bugs we reported months ago. Good for simple businesses, might need add-ons for more complex setups.

Bonsai was disappointing. The feature list looks impressive but execution is lacking — several advertised features don't work as described. Looking for alternatives now.

Bonsai did not work for our use case. Significant bugs, poor support, and the platform went down twice during critical demos. Cannot recommend.
