Bench

Bench did not work for our use case. Significant bugs, poor support, and the platform went down twice during critical demos. Cannot recommend.

Bench is intuitive for a non-accountant founder like me. The dashboard gives a clear picture of cash flow and the expense categorization AI is surprisingly accurate. Support is responsive.

Bench was disappointing. The feature list looks impressive but execution is lacking — several advertised features don't work as described. Looking for alternatives now.
