Basecamp

Basecamp completely transformed how our team tracks work. The kanban view is intuitive and the automations save us hours every week. Switched from Jira and haven't looked back — the UI is night and day.

Basecamp has improved a lot in the past year. Task dependencies and subtask management work well. The UI updates made navigation much cleaner. Price per seat is reasonable for what you get.

Really happy with Basecamp after 8 months of use. The timeline view is excellent and integrations with Slack and GitHub work reliably. Knocked off a star because mobile notifications are a bit unreliable.

Decent tool but loading times have been inconsistent lately. The feature set is comprehensive but it sometimes feels bloated. Customer support took 3 days to respond to our billing issue.

Basecamp does the basics well but we've hit some walls with customization. The automation builder is powerful but has a steep learning curve. Good for small teams, might struggle at scale.
